Terms & Conditions

  1. Images will be scanned in the order that they have been received. For the best results please prepare your photographs / documents. This includes turning them the right way up and in the order that you would like them scanned (first at the top).  As standard we will only scan the image side of the photograph. Please contact us for a quote should you require the backside to be scanned (i.e. writing).
  2. Due to the age of some photographs, Slides, Negatives and VHS we cannot guarantee the quality of the reproduction but will do our best to ensure the quality of the original is maintained.
  3. Photoscanned4u will not scan or transfer images of an adult nature or images that are deemed inappropriate.  Photoscanned4u will return any items received of such nature and reserves the right to charge for any time and or postage incurred.
  4. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending your items to us. Photoscanned4u cannot accept responsibility for lost packages or damage whilst in transit.  We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package arrives.  It will then be processed and we aim to turn around your order within 5 working days.  We will also send you an email when we have dispatched your order. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service or you have found any damage, faults or problems relating to your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days we will presume that you are 100% satisfied with our service.
